The Game
The Skill Game is an online challenge where player performance depends on individual skill.
In this Runner Game, your character Max must avoid hitting bricks and collect coins.
Scores are generated fairly and automatically recorded by our system.
No element of chance determines the outcome.
Entry & Payment
Entry to the Skill Game is paid. The cost per entry is displayed on the website.
No free postal entry route applies to this Skill Game (postal entries apply only to our prize draws/raffles).
By entering, you agree that entry fees are non-refundable except in the case of technical errors or cancellation of the competition.
Prize Structure
Prize money is funded by 50% of total entry income. The split is as follows:
1st Place: 50% of prize fund
2nd Place: 30% of prize fund
3rd Place: 20% of prize fund
Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not exchange prizes for alternatives.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are determined strictly by the highest verified scores.
In the event of a tie, the earliest achieving player is ranked higher.
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days and prizes credited to their account or paid out via bank transfer.
We may publish winner names and scores on our website and social media unless you request anonymity in writing.
Fair Play & Technical Issues
Players must not use cheats, bots, hacks, or any unfair methods of play.
Any suspicious activity may result in disqualification and account closure.
If technical faults (website downtime, server errors) prevent normal play, we may cancel, refund, or reschedule the competition. Our decision is final.
Liability
We are not responsible for technical failures outside our control.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your equipment, internet connection, or software.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Governing Law
